Processing/Shipping Times

As all of our products are handmade and made in small batches to help ensure quality control. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping ( not including weekends) and additional times in transit. All orders will have tracking numbers once shipped . Thank you we can’t wait for you to enjoy our products !

International Shipping base price is paid at checkout,any duties or brokerage fees will also be paid for by the recipient. Hello Sunshine Soap Co. is not responsible for any fees. 

Once packages are shipped and with the courier we’re not responsible for lost , damaged or stolen packages . Those claims would need to be made with the shipping courier and wait to be refunded through the courier, Since all packages are insured and will be handled by the courier device directly. We’re also not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses or address changes . Please double check your address and shipping info.
